Since my team has some time off this week, just a quick hello and keep things short and simple with two reminders.

If you’re reading this, thanks for being here. I’m going to assume you’re a Culture Drop viewer or subscriber, and even if you’re not — you are awesome and thank you. I do this every week for each and every one of you so thanks for being interested in the content I share. Genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for every comment, like, subscribe, reply, social interaction, etc. It means the world to me and our team to see folks interacting with the content we pour so much energy and our hearts in to. Thank you.

2) You can find hundreds of videos on our YouTube channel and here on the blog.

A number of our subscribers are pretty new to the Culture Drop and some have been here for years! As you might know by now, we send out surveys to our subscribers asking what we’re doing great at, what we could improve, and what topics you’d like to see.

We end up getting a lot of requests asking for topics we’ve already covered, so it’s worth mentioning that because we’ve been making this content for a few years now, we have hundreds of videos on our YouTube channel. Whether it’s about feedback, hiring, EQ, building culture, dealing with a difficult boss, gossip, navigating change and a ton of other workplace topics can be found by searching our channel here.

3) Yes, I speak at conferences and events and you can hire me to work with your company.

Every now and then someone suggests that I do events and go into companies and work with teams, and just in case you didn’t realize - that’s what I do. I give a lot of keynotes and speak at events, and I go into companies and do skills training and workshops. I also work with companies over a longer term, ongoing basis to help them create and sustain exceptional culture inside the entire organization.
